Dear all,

Given that in Greece the cumulative number of COVID19 cases per 100.000 exceeds the threshold οf 20 (standing today at 26.2), Greeks returning to Monaco must have taken a COVID19 test, otherwise they will be required to take one in Monaco and will remain under quarantine until reception of results, which are communicated in 10 days on average.

In light of the above, please find below details on the measures taken in Monaco regarding the entry/return into the Principality of Monaco, for your information:

Regardless of nationality, anyone who wishes to enter the Principality from either:

  • A country outside Europe
  • A country within Europe which has recorded more than 20 cases per 100,000 people in a week (areas marked red, orange and light orange only on the following map:

must contact the COVID-19 Call Centre (on +377. from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday or at ) as soon as they arrive in Monaco and provide the following information:

  • First Name and Surname
  • Nationality
  • Residence or address in the Principality
  • Employment status
  • Country you are arriving/returning from
  • Date of departure, date of return/arrival
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Those concerned must either supply evidence of a negative PCR test carried out in their country of origin 72 hours before their arrival in the Principality, or agree to undergo a PCR test in Monaco and self-isolate until the result is available.

The PCR test must be carried out in a medical biology laboratory (Fontvieille laboratory in the Principality of Monaco or a laboratory that features on this list: There is also a COVID19 testing center at Nice airport.

In the event of a positive PCR test result or a refusal to submit a test, quarantine measures will be imposed.
