On November 13th, the Hellenic Community of Monaco, under the leadership of President Mrs. Ekaterina Lanara, proudly welcomed our Greek and Cypriot Olympic medalists from the Paris 2024 Games at the stunning Stelios Foundation premises in Monaco, generously hosted by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou.
This special event was open to the Greek community and friends of Greece in Monaco and the extended Côte d’Azur area, offering an incredible opportunity to meet the athletes, hear their inspiring stories, and celebrate their remarkable achievements.
We were deeply honored by the presence of Mr. Spyros Capralos, President of the Hellenic Olympic Committee (HOC), President of the European Olympic Committees (EOC), and Member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), whose unwavering support for Greek athletics inspires us all.
Following the event, a dinner was held at Cipriani Monaco, attended by Mr. Capralos, the Olympic athletes, and the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Community of Monaco. The evening was a celebration of camaraderie, pride, and the enduring values of excellence and determination that our athletes represent.
Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us in making this event a success. Together, we celebrated not only the extraordinary achievements of these athletes but also the values of resilience, dedication, and excellence that they embody.
