The General Assembly of the Hellenic Community of Monaco (CHM) was held on October 3rd, 2024, at the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation Conference Hall. As the first quorum was not achieved due to insufficient attendance, the second quorum was successfully met, with a majority of present members, allowing key topics to be discussed and agreed upon.

The following changes were approved unanimously:
1.    Amendments to the CHM Constitution (Statutes): It was agreed to update the CHM constitution to align with the new laws of Monaco, ensuring full compliance and modern governance for the community.

2.    Official Change of Registered Address: The General Assembly formally approved the relocation of the CHM’s headquarters to the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation, located at 14, Quai Antoine 1er 98000 Monaco.

3.    Change of Domain Name: The assembly approved the use of a new shorter domain name “chm”, in addition to the existing domain name “communautehelleniquemonaco”.

4.    Increase in Membership Fees: Effective from 2025, the membership fee will be adjusted to €150 per year for both new and existing members, standardizing the fee structure.

No additional topics were raised during the assembly.
